Hunters Lodge, Gualdo
TEMPORARY NOTICE
A note to advise you that Hunters Lodge will be closed to visitors throughout 2025. In part because of the uncertainty of the date for the demolition and rebuild of the main house, Casa Antonio which we anticipate to be next year but is not confirmed. But mainly because we have not been able to keep up with the maintenance of all three properties as well as outbuildings and gardens.
Whether we open the Lodge in 2026 will depend on what we achieve in 2025 so there will be no calendar opened for 2025 and 2026 on any of the sites until we know. We will, of course let you know as soon as we know.

There is no specific changeover day so that people may take advantage of the cheap flights usually midweek. Unless arranged beforehand, we ask that guests do not arrive before 4.00pm and leave before 10.00am on day of departure.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking, the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking a date prior to 8 weeks then the whole amount is payable immediately. An additional £200 damages bond is payable with the balance which is fully refundable after you leave and the property has been inspected.
